For the Soundcraft UI24R digital mixer, the Harman specs state USB thumb drive to be 32GB Fat32 with a minimum read speed of 25 MB/s.
I did find that during studio testing, the RECORD USB drive can actually work with larger and exFAT drives - but these drives have failed me when out live. So I would suggest to avoid this if you need Reliability.
I am currently using 64GB FAT32 drives for the Soundcraft UI24R
